Refunds Replacements & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, replacement or refund.


To be eligible for a return, refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must also be within 30 days of the order being delivered. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase, and a reason for refund/return (e.g. a defective item, undelivered item within the delivery timeline etc) 


For subscriptions, we will issue a refund for the payment of the last month’s subscription fee if a request was made to cancel within 5 days of payment.


We currently don’t require anyone to return anything, but this may change in the near future. Shipping an item back to us can be very expensive so rather than do that, we’ll always issue you a refund or replacement for any eligible return items without the need to ship back to us.


For shipped orders, we will issue a no questions asked refund if you opt for a refund instead of a replacement on eligible items and orders. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued. 

If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

For lost in transit or stolen packages, there's two options available to you. We can either refund you for the entire order OR we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge -- it's completely up to you. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
